Image 1 — Xbox usually FRAGs the 1st (sometimes 2nd & 3rd) boot of the day. 90% of the time it boots sucessfully every attempt after that. Could this be caused by a dying capacitor?

All capacitors look perfectly fine. No bulging at all. I tested the power supply in another unit and has no issues.
