I am the owner of a vehicle safety inspection company on some very niche vehicles. My current operations are in Spain and I have demand to open at least one working location in Portugal, France or Italy this year.

However, during a recent audit in the company, the auditor pointed out that most of the knowledge is in my head or in some Google Sheets and no one knows, not even me, when was the last time that was checked or approved or even if it's valid. The guys that work with me know what to do, but it's very hard to train someone new.

The auditor suggested that I should start doing some mapping of the current processes or try to write them down, run my business strictly based on those processes in the next few months to verify their accuracy.

The problem is that I don't know such software because I don't know what to search for. I actually don't know what I need.

Based on the discussions, I had with the auditor, me as an owner I should know at any point in time when was a process run last time, who ran it, who modified it, who's responsible for it, if it has an expiration date, who approved it, things like this.

Am deschis din toamna o curatatorie de haine si o vulcanizare in Bucuresti. Tot bine si frumos, amandoua se autosustin, dar vreau sa le cresc.

Am inceput sa le cer clientilor sa lase o recenzie pe google, insa aproape nimeni nu vrea sa scrie ceva (bun sau rau). Le-am trimis SMS frumos si simplu, am card NFC cu "tap here", am incercat cu un fel de promotii - tot ce primesc e "seen".

Cum fac altii sa aiba sute de recenzii pe google si facebook? Le cumpara?
