Turning off "Related Media" doesn't turn off "Related Media"?

Related Media is an option i've been turning off every few days for the past 3 weeks for over 50 ads across 12 campaigns.
It's still officially, in the ads dashboard, turned off now.

Yet I've just seen our f'ing Christmas ad in my news feed.

I think this might just be the final straw and we turn off meta ads to move fully over to google.

This is absolutely insane that we're spending money showing old, seasonal ads 6 months after we stopped showing them after I've had to tell meta to stop showing them multiple times a week and now they're just doing it anyway? Absolute wild. Purchase cost has doubled from what it was in Feb too.

From a Trillion Dollar Market Cap company.

Anyone else having this issue? I've added the typical square, reels and sidebar aspect ratios - it won't generate any previews, just cycles through errors then goes blank. Not sure if it's just a preview render issue or not.

(screenshot of what I mean)

Anyone got a solution?

Can't add new ads - preview won't display them, just cycles through errors

Can't turn off "Related Media", I switch it off, click into another ad then back and related media is on again. I'm about to check our existing ads, it's probably on for those again too.

Trying to change utm paramaters and it's 50/50 whether when I click an ad draft whether it'll show me that actual draft's utm parameters, or another ad (i set medium to specific ads, so I know which is working on the back end as I don't trust fb interface figures)

Locations at ad set level, it'll list them in the audience part, but then opening up the map to see the radius' it won't display most of the radius we've got set (there's 9 of them, it shows 4) and only lists 3 locations above.

Thought it was just the interface, these issues have been there since yesterday afternoon at least but leads today are 80% google, it's usually at least 60% facebook.

What an absolute dogshit time to be advertising on Meta. Anyone else having similar issues? Is meta just broke today?
