which private college should i join for btech

i have a offer letter from UPES but that shii is too expensive with less ROI and thinking of nitte meenakshi but i dont have good feeling abt that clg any suggestion would be great if im spending 20L on it btw (MIT VIT form are closed) if the college is in bangalore that would be great
