[TOMT] Sitcom where a guy gets shocked with electricity and others think he is dancing.

My brother told me that he once saw a sitcom playing on some TV Channel with black actors where a guy gets shocked with electricity from some device wires or cable and two other guys in the room think that he is just dancing to "Can't Touch This". Woman enters the room and she is concerned and tells them that he is not dancing but shocked.

I think that this is a common trope but TV Tropes doesn't have it listed. I know I saw media where that trope is present but I can't recall them. If you know something like this that happens in Movies or Shows then please comment.

This feels like a common trope although I can't recall exactly where I've seen it.

Basically there is a society or civilization of hidden people who prevent those who find them from leaving the hidden place that they live, so no one learns about and discovers them. Important thing is that they don't want to kill the outsiders because they are nice, peaceful and good.

Their actions lead to the "Gilded Cage" Trope.

Edit: One Example is "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea" by Jules Verne.

It was likely made in 2010's or earlier. Not after 2018. It's a movie about a human(likely a boy but could be a girl) that is stranded on an alien colorful planet or different world and has a cute little pink or purple female creature as a companion. The alien can speak but also makes a high-pitched sound when it's happy or excited. At some point in the movie they argue and the alien disappears but later comes back to help the protagonist.

It is not:

Home

Planet 51

Lilo&Stitch

Treasure Planet

Battle for Terra

Also the creature and the world may not be an actual alien or different planet. They were just alien-looking.

When I was a kid around 2006-2010 I saw a 2D Animated Cartoon. It likely took place in China as the characters were asian. In it a young man is being thrown into the tiger's enclosure but the Tiger doesn't kill him but rubs against him like a housecat.

The bad guy who wanted the young man dead by putting him there was angry and said something like "That is not a tiger! It is just a kitten!".

I don't know if it was a movie or a show.

I know that is propably a lot of animated shows. I wanna learn about some I don't already know.

I need to specify that I mean shows where humans don't appear. No "Bojack Horseman" or "Regular Show".

It can be adult or kids shows but not preschool shows.

Examples:

Beastars, Aggretsuko, Arthur, Ducktales(Old & New), TaleSpin, Kung Tu Panda TV Shows, Rocko's Modern Life, Camp Lazlo, Redwall
