I've never been to any mental health professional. My work offers free counseling, do I take it? What do I talk about?

My work recently collaborated with an institute that provides therapy and counseling. and us employees can opt to take sessions for free. up to 4 sessions per employee. One session a week.

I've never been to any therapist or any other type of mental health professional.

however I have some issues that might be relevant? like:

Anxiety and stress. I take problems and work seriously a LOT. If I have to present something or there's an upcoming meeting etc that stresses me out. I'll be pacing. I had social anxiety as well which I've managed to bring down a lot now. I have some anger issues? like road rage but I do try to control it now.

Anyway. i don't know if any of these are worth talking to a therapist for? what else would you say would make it worth it?

Opinionated car YouTube channel?

if you've noticed that pakwheels is now very corporate. they do deals and sponsors and promotions. which is great for their growth but it means they don't wanna offend any company or else they won't get invited to their events etc

they give out generic information. and very rarely do any direct comparisons and almost never say that a car is bad or cheap or you shouldn't buy it. they just share facts and stats and some vague personal driving experience

look at channels like mkbhd or mrwhostheboss for tech or carwow for cars. they actually have OPINIONS about the cars. they clearly explain things that are deal breakers and they will tell you if something is a bad deal enough that you should not buy it.

when was the last time pakwheels said to NOT buy a car or buy one or made a direct comparison of 2 cars and gave a final verdict of which one is objectively better?

they're too scared for offending the companies

so... is there any YouTube channel who is actually making good car content which tells you more than just facts and specs?
