25F. 220 lbs 5’7. History of hEDS, MCAS, POTS.
My bloodwork last week came back as 807H for Ferritin, 50H % Saturation, 344 AST and 216 ALT. All my other labs were pretty normal. I am a moderate drinker but this bloodwork did come after a week of heavy drinking (law school graduation lol). I am really concerned and am wondering what to do/potential causes.

Could this be hemochromatosis or another liver related issue? Very scared
