My ASM told me she’s been begging our DM to give us more payroll!!! So what do you think would happen if TJX managers everywhere start pushing back and purposely schedule over budget to give everyone decent schedules and especially livable paychecks?

How long before they start cutting our staffs down to just 2 associates manning the entire store, 1 cashier and 1 floor associate?!?!?!?!?!?!?
