I am currently a student in Aus studying a chem engineering/pharmaceutical science degree and i am contemplating switching to pharmacy. When I think of possible careers I can get from my current degree, I mainly want to go into cosmetic chemistry. In pharmacy, is it possible to go into cosmetics at all? I also do not find any satisfaction in an office job, I want to be able to make friends and be creative, I love fashion and Interior Design but unsure if these are good career choices. The only issue to both in my opinion is the salary, I aim to build a house in a semi rural location (not necessarily in aus, maybe nz or the uk) and that is my biggest life goal, and once i build the house I want to be able to have a very chill job not necessarily related to pharmacy or engineering just to be able to earn enough to continue to live. I want a very peaceful life and freedom to travel alot. In which profession would it be possible to achieve this lifestyle as soon as possible, and which can I maintain peace while being able to earn enough for the house I dream.
