My palm itches from inside but no rash, it prickles as well. But antihistamines doesn't work ? help
In what kind of allergy condition antihistamines doesn't work ?

I have itchy palm and sometime prickles, stiff neck and randome pain that comes and goes in back of scapula muscle and left colon bottom and tonge swelling, and lips constaly peeling and shedding skin. My whole body is being weak. Sides of facing itching similar to allergy,
Steroid and Antihistamine doesn't work,
Is it MCAS ? how does MCAS feel like ? Can anyone help me ? What am i suposed to tell my doctor, ?
All this happened after i ate contaminated food and that day it was whole body itching and now its been 1 year since then.

I have prickling palm or itchy sometime, my neck is stiff and i have randome twitching and randome pain that comes and goes in left colon below and on behind scapula muscle and my whole body in general feels stiff, PLease help
My ESR is oke. My CBC is oke.
liver function test and thyroid function test is oke.
My doctor all they give me antihistamine, i told them i took bunch of antihistamines and does nothing, And they give me today vitamin B complex but i have eating good amount of meat already.
This all started when I drank large amount of water like 5 litres in 5 minutes because few days earlier i ate contaminated food causing itching whole body, ( thought water will cleanse the toxin of food but happened opposite more symptoms.)
Its been 1 year nearly.
I am 24 years old male.
Please help
