Book or wait for better deal?

So I’m trying to use points for 2 economy tix from Seoul to NYC for next April 2027 (already used points for our outbound business class flights).

I have 2 options:
- book now at 41k points +$58 each via Flying Blue (the exact date I want)
- wait 3-4 weeks to see if the same flight award availability on Virgin Atlantic opens up at 37k points + $35 each.

Kind of torn because I want to get the best deal, but I have the option to pull the trigger on it now by paying a bit more.

What would this sub do?

I’ll be visiting Vietnam next April 2027 and realized Hung Kings’ Day falls during our trip. What should we be expecting on this long weekend?

Lots of crowds? No local or national transportation? Closed shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions?

Not sure yet where we’ll be during this time but most likely either in Ninh Binh/Tam Coc or Hanoi.

We’ll be visiting Vietnam on our honeymoon next year and starting off our trip with 2.5 days / 2 nights in Hanoi before travelling to Sapa. What are some recommended boutique hotels to stay at during our time there?

Not necessarily looking for the most expensive like the Sofitel Metropole. Just looking for a really nice, comfortable boutique hotel with a pool in a great location.
