Seeing blood in stool and experiencing abnormal pain

BEFORE I START I know to not take medical advice on Reddit I have to wait like a month for my next appointment so this is more for other people’s experiences or reassurance since I struggle with severe hypochondria and I’ve been loosing sleep

I’m 17M and for about 6 months I’ve been seeing blood in either toilet paper or stool I’ve seen it in my stool 3 times and most of the time it’s a bunch of sharpie like dots most are bright red but I have seen one or two streaks that look darker more like maroon red and whenever I see it on my toilet paper it’s always bright red and I’ve seen it on multiple occasions within the past 6 months and the abdominal pain has been going on for a while maybe over a year the pain is like a sharp stabbing sensation that lasts seconds and for the most part keeps it’s same characteristics

Found out I have phimosis

My whole life I thought I had no glands I thought as I grew older the gland would grow in and it never did so I did research and come to find out my foreskin is so tight I physically can’t see my glands I can’t even pull it back at all the skin stays at the tip and doesn’t move back. What should I do?

IBD?

Before I start I know I to not seek medical advice on Reddit, I am not I’m lookin for reassurance since I already suffer from severe health anxiety and my doctors can’t see me for another month this is more of a last resort.

For about 6 months now since December I’ve been noticing blood on toilet paper it doesn’t happen every time but it’s definitely happened the blood is always bright red on toilet paper it’s been a while since I’ve seen blood on toilet paper but just yesterday I noticed what looked like blood on the stool it self I noticed this once before but I forgot about it but now after this second time I’m super worried. During this 6 month I tried to get a appointment but my doctor said I have to wait until June to be seen and I have been experiencing abdominal pain the pains are always sharp and last just a few seconds it’s manly on my left side of colon up and down but sometimes it happens near my belly button and on the right side sometimes but it keeps the same characteristics every time.

I was diagnosed with polycythemia a year or 2 ago and my doctor said it’s probably nothing so I forgot about it. I just today I thought about if the polycythemia could badly affect my heart since I have asd. Does anyone know if this can affect me negatively?
