My recently purchased kawasaki seems to be steaming from radiator area. The bike has been running for about 15-20mins and started steaming oddly. Am I up for a replacement rad?

I've also tried rst tractech evo 4, which felt really good but not as sturdy if you will. The biggest surprise was when I tried Alpinestars ps-8 v3, for some reason the quality just wasn't there. What are your thoughts?
