Has anyone recently gone through the name change process for a Pradhikaran plot that was originally allotted on a 99-year lease.

This is an inheritance case after both parents passed away—no disputes, just need to add my and my brother’s names.

Not sure if a succession certificate is required or just a legal heir certificate from the Tehsildar is enough.

Planning to get a SIM for Son who needs this while going to classes. Will be using it for one off call and sometimes UPI/Uber bookings.

If you are using BSNL, what is the best plan given very less use as I have Wifi at home.
