I called out this whole weekend for a family emergency. Today that I called in my manager asked why I called in Fri i told her my mom had planned a last min trip for mother's day but we ended up not going due to a family emergency. Is my manager allowed to ask ? she wasnt the one who answered Friday when I called out it was another manager. She then asked when can we expect u back i was like tomorrow no I'm sorry or I hope everything is ok like ???
