[Discussion] Is this a good price for a pc being built locally or would it be better to buy somewhere else online?

Less than a week ago i made a post about whether to upgrade my pc wholly or to just upgrade my gpu specifically, and well ive come to decide that because my family will help with the purchase that id fully upgrade. I asked a local computer shop to give me a quote on a 5090 build and he came up with this list: 32GB RTX 5090 GPU, AM5 X870e Wifi Motherboard, 32GB DDR5 RAM, AMD RYZEN 7 9800X3D CPU, 2TB SSD, 1200W Platinum standard PSU and a new 3 fan AIO Cooler for £4600 including setup and installation (this is including reusing my current 4000D airflow case and fans bearing in mind). I was wondering if i could get some more knowledgeable peoples opinions on whether this is a good price for what im getting and or if i should buy from somewhere else (if theres any good deals, etc), for example my friend is buying a 5090 prebuilt from cyberpowerpc for about 5k. The absolute max price would have to be £5000. i can answer any questions you have, i just would really like some second opinions on this.
