I have a 2002 CR-V 2.4L, im having issues with battery being flat when left overnight.

I hooked up a multimeter to test for a drain and found 0.14A draw, this disappears completely when I remove fuse 9 under the bonnet.

Is anyone able to shed any light on this issue at all? The book just says this fuse is 'back up' so im not sure where to look.
