If you’re a print center employee, what would it take for you to leave and work for a smaller family owned printing shop that was M-F 9-5.
Is this something that sounds attractive or miserable and why.
There are some here that probably need weekend or night hours but otherwise would you like that type of job?
Bigger better equipment, less demanding walk-in customers, more interesting projects, etc.
I have no experience in GD or printing but I need to learn quickly.
I see a lot of posts about halftones for DTF and other printing formats.
Is halftone only done via a designer and an adobe type product or can it be somewhat automated from a RIP program like fiery.

Came across a Diehl fan from a home I purchased. Posted it in a FB group and got a bunch responses and interest. What could something like this be worth? It still runs and I have a video of it running.
