Debunking the United States' top 5 propaganda points on Iran

There is a lot of propaganda regarding Iran pushed by the US and for those of us that are in the know, I felt its important to get some of the basics out for the world's benefit. Do your own research.

  • Iran is the "Leading State Sponsor of Terrorism" - Most terrorism isn't "state sponsored", there isn't even an agreed upon definition of what terrorism is. This is a psyops by the United States State Department to tell you who to hate. Most civilians are killed by war/sanctions not terrorism (we know who digs that).
  • The Arabian Gulf vs. the Persian Gulf - Like the "Gulf of America", the Arabian Gulf doesn't exist. The Persian Gulf is one of the old named bodies of water in human history. The Arabian Sea, next door, is already named for Arabs. The US military uses a propaganda term.
  • Iran is a Theocracy - Actually its not. This is also propaganda to taint impressions of Americans. Iran has a functioning Parliament that is not filled with priests. The SL is a man of religion but Iran is usually run by a consensus committee. The only true Theocracy in 2026 is actually the Vatican.
  • Iranians Chant "Death to America" and "Death to Israel" - This is a euphemism among Persian language speakers, purposely mistranslated by the CIA and US. They are not calling literally for Death. Its like saying "Fuck America". They also say "Death to Traffic"
  • The Straights of Hormuz are "International Waters" - Demonstrably false. Iran's territorial waters extend to the point of Oman/UAE's territorial waters. A nation's border extends 12 miles off its coast. The straights are 21 miles wide. It would have to be at least 25 miles in width for there to be international waters. You are exactly 4 miles short.
