Hi everyone, hope you guys are having a good day. So after failing multiple treatments, I finally had to discuss my treatment plan online. I had been lurking here for months and didn't want to interact with you guys because, of course, I don't like to take medical advice from strangers, but I have finally given up.
I already failed conventional treatments like doxycycline, azithromycin, clarithromycin, moxifloxacin, minocycline, etc. Even potent experimental antibiotics like pristinamycin and sitafloxocin didn't work.
Both pristinamycin and sitafloxacin were used for 10 days with doxy pretreatment.
So this time I have 30 lefamulin tablets, 600 mg each. I also have some minocycline and doxycycline. I have around a week's supply of doxycycline, while minocycline will last for 3 weeks.
So what should be my treatment plan?
Should I do doxy with lefamulin for10 days or Mino followed by lefamulin or should I do the 15 days total since I'm afraid it might not work. Please advice me on this situation my gyne has already given up also how many people used lefamulin and succeed?
