I’m planning to take admission in IEM Kolkata and wanted some honest opinions from students or alumni.

How is the overall college environment there?

How strict is the discipline and attendance?

What is the campus life like? Is it too strict or manageable?

How are the professors (teaching quality + behavior)?

Are there good opportunities for coding, internships, and exposure?

And overall, is it worth joining for B.Tech (especially CSE)?

I’ve heard mixed reviews, so I just want a real ground-level perspective before making a decision.

I didn’t appear for KIIT Phase 1, but I’m planning to take Phase 2. Can anyone who gave Phase 1 share how the paper was? Like the overall difficulty level, type of questions?

Also, what strategy would you recommend for Phase 2? Which chapters or topics should I focus on the most to score well?
