Can’t get rid of this hiss?

Spent big bucks on a fender engine room power supply to get rid of some of my pedal noise as a lot of people around me said that’s the way to go but I can barely play out of my amp at any volume without getting an unbearable amount of his.

My board doesn’t even have a lot of pedals on it at the minute (there is no pedals on in the video).

I play through a fender mustang lt50 - which might not be the best amp for pedals but should it really be this noisy?

People before have also told my it might be due to the energy source in my house and from the wall sockets but would that not be more of an interference kind of noise?

Idk any help would be appreciated as I haven’t a clue and have been frustrated for quite a while

So much noise

I recently got a new audio interface bc I thought the the reason my tonex amp sim was generating so much amp noise (like not interference or buzzing but more of a hiss which changes tones if I change the amp model) was from the high noise floor from my shitty Behringer interface.

I run my signal through a pedal board into the audio interface into tonex and it has now started to sound like the amps are amplifying the noise from my pedal board - even tho I’m using a fender engine room power supply.

Is this to be expected with using these models or any amp sim models I general as it suck that the noise may be coming from my pedal board.
