My mortgage was sold to Truist this month and I created an online account at Truist to manage and pay my mortgage. Upon my first login after account creation, I was greeted with verification(MFA) and one of the options had a number that I do not recognize. Once I logged in with an option that I do recognize, I went to my profile and the security center and could not find that number anywhere.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?

Edit: the verification option is still there each time I log in. Here is what it looks like

Edit2: now they're in work hours, I called customer service. They were able to remove the unrecognized number, but they couldn't explain why it was tied to my account.
