Merger of two accounts rejected citing this reason - Contribution differ with DOJ. Checked all possible places and data matches in both passbook and the portal. Not sure where the error is. Can anyone who faced this please help
Hi All,
I've worked with 2 organizations (Accenture being the first). I recently tried merging under the one person one account
Firstly, it took 20 days to throw an error. The error being - " Contribution differ with DOJ "
I checked the entire portal and tallied it with the passbook, the data matches everywhere.
What might be causing the issue here? If anyone else has faced the same, how to rectify it?
