What's the next step after LED + microcurrent for forehead line?

Hi guys! I’m in my late 30's and my main concern is a single forehead line.

I’m currently using a red light therapy mask, microcurrent, and retinol (planning to switch to retinal soon), and I’m consistent with sunscreen.

I’m wondering what would be the most effective next step—would something like RF or silicone patches make a noticeable difference, or should I just stick with my current routine?

Would really appreciate hearing what worked for others!

WIBTA for cutting off contact with someone who wouldn’t respect my boundaries?

Hi everyone, I’d really value some outside opinions on this.

A few years ago, I had a brief long-distance connection with someone I met through a dating app. We spoke for a couple of months, and he even traveled to see me, although we only spent a short amount of time together due to travel delays. Before he left, he explained that he wouldn’t be able to continue things because of cultural expectations around an arranged marriage. We ended things on what I thought were good terms.

Since then, we’ve both moved on. I’m currently in a happy relationship, and he is married with a child.

At one point in the past, he reached out to me through WhatsApp. I responded politely and let him know I wasn’t comfortable continuing communication, especially given both of our situations. I thought that would be the end of it.

Recently, around my birthday, he contacted me again—this time through multiple platforms (Facebook Messenger and Telegram). I replied politely again, asking him to stop messaging me.

Instead of respecting that, he responded by saying that I seemed upset or hostile, which wasn’t my intention at all. I was just trying to set a clear boundary.

At that point, I told him that the repeated messages were becoming uncomfortable for me and that I would be blocking him. I then followed through and blocked him.

I can understand that he might have been feeling nostalgic, but I still feel like my boundaries weren’t respected.
