IWTL Communication and Oratory

I'll have my first job as Coordinator in a big company, so I'll be dealing with people back and forth, communication is a must. I know it involves more than speaking and listening actively, but I'm wondering if it's worth it to book classes for it, the lady charges 65 CAD for one hour and 350 CAD for 6 classes.

My wife did it and told me some tips to "talk from the belly" and to avoid fillers, wrong pauses, and to use hooks to grab attention. These all seem obvious to me, but I can't really tell if a person doesn't tell me this directly, so worth it paying or should I get more out there, talk to people and learn through the hard way?

So I'm setting up a Starlink (actuated model), it is supposed to go on our roof, though in the manual the temperature range is between -30 °C and 50 °C. Anyone here living in Yellowknife with a functional Starlink during the winter season?
