For anyone going through this right now

If you’re here, you’re probably dealing with something that most people around you don’t fully understand. Whether you’re in treatment, recovering, or just trying to make sense of everything… it’s a lot.

Just wanted to say this:

You don’t have to handle it perfectly.

There are going to be days where you’re strong, organized, on top of everything. And there are going to be days where you’re exhausted, frustrated, or just trying to get through the next hour. Both are completely valid.

Progress doesn’t always look like big wins. Sometimes it’s just showing up to an appointment. Sometimes it’s getting out of bed. Sometimes it’s letting yourself rest without feeling guilty.

If things feel overwhelming, that doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. It means the situation is hard.

Try to take it one small step at a time. And if you can, let people help you. You don’t have to carry all of it alone.

There are people out here who understand, even if it doesn’t always feel like it.

Wishing strength to anyone who needs it today.

For anyone carrying more than they should right now

If you’re here, it probably means someone you love is going through cancer… or you are. And that’s a weight most people don’t really understand unless they’ve lived it.

Just wanted to say this, plainly:

You’re doing better than you think.

Even on the days where everything feels messy, where you forget things, where you’re tired or frustrated or just numb… that doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re human in a situation that asks way too much.

It’s okay if you don’t have the perfect system.
It’s okay if you’re overwhelmed.
It’s okay if you just get through the day.

The fact that you’re showing up at all, keeping track of things, supporting someone, or just trying to hold it together… that matters more than you realize.

And if nobody’s said it to you recently: you don’t have to carry everything alone. Even small things, like writing stuff down, asking for help, or just talking to someone, can make a difference.

You’re not invisible in this. What you’re doing matters.

Sending strength to anyone who needs it right now.

Vercel integrations actually make building feel fast again

Been building a few projects lately and I keep coming back to how clean the Vercel ecosystem feels, especially with integrations like Supabase.

I’ve used a bunch of stacks before where everything feels stitched together. Auth is in one place, database somewhere else, hosting is a separate mess, and debugging across all of it is painful. With Vercel + something like Supabase, it just clicks way faster.

What I like:

  • Setup is basically instant. You can go from idea to something live in a stupidly short amount of time
  • Environment variables + previews actually make sense. No guessing what’s breaking where
  • Supabase handles the backend pieces without forcing you into something overly complex
  • The integration layer feels intentional, not like an afterthought

It’s not perfect, but it removes a lot of the friction that usually kills momentum early. You spend more time actually building instead of wiring things together.
