Hello Ventura County! I’m 33F moving to oxnard, ca next month. Im a healthcare traveller and be working at st john’s. I just want to get some local insight. What are some fun things to do around the area (food spots, beaches, activities, etc.)? A little about me, i like to chill at coffee shops, read a book there or people watch. I do a little hiking (just the easy ones), some pilates here and there. Also, which neighborhoods are generally considered safe or good to live in?

I’d appreciate any tips, recommendations, or things to watch out for. Thanks in advance!
