Do I have grounds to file a complaint about my FedEx delivery?
So I received a rather large set of packages today, both delivered by FedEx. I will start by saying that my apartment does not have a camera out front, so I don’t have physical proof that I could submit with a complaint. But the drivers behavior was definitely unacceptable.
First, he put the packages in such a way that I couldn’t fully open my front door. My door opens out, and I couldn’t even open it far enough to squeeze out of the door and try to move the packages. They were both very heavy, so pushing them with the door did not move them. Luckily, I am friends with my neighbor, and he was home to move the boxes so that I could get the door open. But even worse than that, I looked out my window when I heard the package is being dropped off and saw the delivery driver, walking away from the corner of my yard, zipping up his fly. He urinated in my front yard. Now, I certainly understand that nature calls, and that they probably can’t easily stop along their route to use the restroom. But urinating in someone’s front yard is pretty disgusting.
Has anyone ever filed a complaint about a FedEx delivery driver? Does the company even seriously if you don’t have photos or video to attach with it?
