Curious if any of you have tight hip flexors
My hip flexors are incredibly tight. I’ve been doing yoga for three years and they don’t seem to have loosened up.
Even just to pull my legs in and hug them and rock back-and-forth it hurts my hips wondering if anyone has suggestions
I do pigeon, frog, low lunges, lizard pose daily
When I try to work, my abs like leg drops those I can’t even do because of the shooting pain that happens in my hips
