Bit of a simp post but last week my relationship of 11 years ended and I feel absolutely destroyed, I am 41 years old and acceptable shape (regular gym goer) but I dont see any way moving forward, do you guys think a month of crazy Pattaya action would help healing getting over my Ex ? I have never done anything like this before, brothel or anything, last 11 years was just straight monogamous,
