Dealing with realtors/brokers is annoying, I should just be able to walk in and view a condo at will, alone.
In most cases, there is nothing in the unit, is somebody going to walk in and steal the stove? Thats what the security/concierge is for. Finding a unit to rent would be a lot easier if the doors were left unlocked and I could just walk in at will to view the place, without having to deal with an intermediary. Im a very picky client and it's embarassing asking some broker to help me see 20 units across 20 buildings, because in pretty much all cases, they will just ghost you when they realize that you're a nuisance. I really see no purpose in dealing with an intermediary, it just complicates the process.
