I remember a fanfiction talking about this so here is the box that I thought explains the minor buffs that they game.

Gear Shift. buff - increases the speed of activation, directional rotation and etc
Fa Jin. buff ???
Danger Sense able to hear people when there are expensing negative emotions like they are in a disaster situation and people need to be rescued.
Blackwhip. buff ???
Smokescreen. buff creates a miss that will reduce overheating (like in Allmight De transforming/deflating into Small Might)
float. buff allows the person to hover for a short period of time while full power in the air.

🧐if you know the FanFiction please write the link or in the comments and what do you think about what the buff should be.

(note this idea came suddenly to me so hear me out)

AFO thought his brother wasn't intelligent enough to understand that cooperating with him is the best idea so decided on giving Yochi an intelligence Quirk alongside the Stockpile Quirk. unknown to him this will causes a lot of problems moving ahead. slowly the OFA became sentient able to understand complex math problems and make decisions or give options to it's user due the different experience of the previous users then been futher cultivated by Allmight before OFA gets transferred to Izuku. Yochi jokingly called it Great Sage so it took that name and learned how to help control the power/ energy then find a figuring out how to discharge and absorb electricity then many more.

Izuku asked Allmight about OFA's predecessors early and find out that even if all my doesn't have All of the Quirks of the predecessor they do give buffs.

OFA has a artificial intelligence inside it that helps it's user!
