This forum and a great mod have been extremely helpful getting me back on track with a ghosting, highly ranked, but absent reseller on G2G.

G2G opened a ticket and refunded one of four purchases and using one of the official/direct 8k apps, I can confirm my username is good and paid for quite a while -- access via URL (instead of an 8k app) is the final hurdle. A member was kind enough to share a URL that worked for a while but I don't want to pirate someone's resources they've paid for and maintain.

My question: can another reseller sell me a 'top off' to keep my account alive or are user credentials bound to the original reseller and their panel?

I'm just diving into this after being a basic enduser for a while and borderline debating scrapping my family's dead logins to grab a reseller panel and square away more stable access -- but one step at a time.

Been a lurker on this subreddit for longer than I care to admit and wanted to share that I just got my acceptance phone call to Ross starting in the fall.

Some very good input from the contributors here and one of the thank everyone for sharing their insights and their own stories that became part of my own application pipeline to a few of the big emba programs here in the Midwest.
