Least cooldown dependant spec?

I'm getting more than a bit worn out on some specs like Unholy and Frost doing nothing outside of their 90s and 45s cds, and was curious what's the least cooldown dependant spec? Feral and sub feel close with much shorter cd windows but wondering if there are others that aren't so much of a wet noodle otherwise?

Blitz spam queuing regardless of 'streaks'

Kinda curious if anyone has thoughts on this. Granted we know Blitz rating comes and goes in flurries of streaks, but has anyone ever said screw it, I'm queueing anyway, and brute forced their rating rather than dancing around online and alts in hope of more favourable streaks?

I'm low key tempted to just do it for science on a fresh alt of a class and spec I don't normally play just to see how it goes as a masochistic project.

Rear wheel dropouts query..

So, I've just realised my rear wheel doesn't nestle straight into the drops of my frame (Trek Domane sl5). It's fairly close (a couple of mm) but it's slightly irking me why this is the case? It's a carbon frame so not like I can bend the stays closer together. The through axle connects fine but it's annoying having to hold the frame delicate in the balance to allow it and the axle holes to align.

I guess aside from this annoyance, is there anything overly concerning? Once the thru axle is connected is all safe enough?

New middle aged desk job cyclist here. I've heard loads about 'do stretches and core work' to help you on the bike but what exactly are the stretches and core work I need to do? Anyone got any starting off tips? And also, as a side point, how often should I do these and how long before I start feeling the benefit of them?

I'm a beginner cyclist and currently ride a Trek Domane SL5. I'm touching 50 and have worked at a desk job for 25+ years. 97kg. 175cm. My Trek is feeling sluggish and although comfortable I'm yearning for a Cervelo. I won't be able to shake the itch.

However as much as I'd love a Soloist amd my heart says Soloist, I'm worried about the Geometry being too aggressive and my head is saying Caledonia 5. But there's also a voice in me questioning why I'd get 'another' endurance bike. My reasoning for the Caledonia is that although it's endurance it'll feel way more racier and faster than my domane.

So my question is, I suppose, head or heart? Is the Soloist too much for someone in my condition with limited flexibility and should I just get the Caledonia as it'll hopefully feel like a race bike compared to my Domane?

Thanks.
