Hand Analysis: overplayed AA and got lucky?

Hi guys had a really interesting spot yesterday in the micros online playing 0.10/0.20.

6Max 100BB effective.

Preflop

- I open from MP to 2.5BB with Ac, As

- CO calls, Button calls, SB calls, BB calls.

5 ways to the flop

(12.5BB pot)

Flop

Q, 10, 4 all clubs

- SB checks, BB checks, I Check

- CO bets 6.4BB

- Button raises to 12.8BB

- SB and BB fold

- I go all in

- CO folds

- Button calls and shows Jc, 9d

Run out comes Qh, Qd

Interested to hear what you guys think, I think in hindsight this is a pretty bad all-in considering that I am taking my medium strength hand (AA with a nut flush draw) and turning it into a bluff.

Would it be better if I just flat the raise from the button here? At the time I was concerned by the CO potentially going All-in behind my flat putting me in a tough spot if the button called.

Did I get lucky that the button over called in this spot?
