Do you have any lifelong friends? (15+ years)
Just one for me, I've known her since 6th grade. The second longest known was 10th grade.
Old news, but it’s kinda funny the Smiling Friends crew got burnt out from 3 seasons when Matt and Dave gave us 12 seasons, two movies, a video game, and a series of web shorts.
For me, Highlander II. I hadn't seen the original until recently and really enjoyed it. I heard there was a sequel, and that it was described as one of the worst movies ever made. I thought it'd be fun way to spend a couple hours, and opted for the apparently-superior Renegade Cut.
However, as it went on, the more I realized it can't be funny bad, it's just bad bad. The dome? Secret immortal society? Bringing back Ramirez only to kill him a second time? Undoing everything about the original's ending? No, I started to get why it was so horrible, and actively wish I never saw it to begin with.
As in, where there is a noticeable effort to have higher quality animation, longer runtimes, thoughtful storytelling, better music, and demanding vocal performances than other animated shows of their era.
