How should I proceed?

So for context, I just completed phase one of the space elevator, I’m fairly new only having maybe 20 hours on the game.

Basically I’m starting to get very overwhelmed. I’m making an automated setup for modular frames, and I realized I don’t have enough power, so I need another coal generator setup, but I just finished my first one and it’s quite messy. My whole base is quite messy, and I’ve gotten into the habit of moving all resources to my main base with conveyors, which has made it all a large tangled mess of foundations and wires.

My question is should I break everything down and seperate setups? I had the thought to rebuild my coal gens closer to the nodes to save on time and clutter, and I could do the same with materials. And is it worth it to invest in the stations for vehicles to move materials or should I stick with conveyors?

Essentially I’m trying to find a way to keep playing the game without feeling overwhelmed and not feel like I want to constantly tear down and remake my base.

So I'm a junior in nursing school, and I was doing a case study over a male admitted into the ER for Diabetic Keto acidosis and ended up getting into a debate with my teacher over email.

For context, pt is admitted for DKA, 73yr male, 92% O2 on 2L NC.

The patient is using Kussmaul respirations. The question we are debating is whether or not a nursing intervention is having the pt use pursed lip breathing or not, I said no.

I attached a picture of the case study page and question, as well as the emails.

My question is, is pursed lip breathing indicated in a patient who is using Kussmaul respirations due to DKA? My teacher did not give me a straight answer and I was simply left confused.

Edit: entirely fake scenario, not real. This is a hypothetical homework assignment not real values pulled from a hospital.
