beginner

hey everyone, i am F23 and currently weigh around 85kg and i am 167cm tall (around 5’6). i am wanting to start getting healthier but im not too sure how. i have struggled with eating disorders in the past and have currently started calorie counting again. im not too strict with it as this is what started a disorder for me a few years ago.

i have definitely been eating less and better options than what i was before, but im seeing no progress after 2 weeks.

i work 7am to 6pm, so i have been waking up earlier to do workouts in my living room. this is often a youtube workout, and im thinking of trying a 30 day pilates challenge i found. i am also saving up for a walking pad.

i really just need tips please. i just want to lose weight but i dont know how. i tried eating less before but was almost 100kg so i started mounjaro and got myself down to 82kg but had to stop due to the cost.

if anyone has any tips please share
