The biggest bottleneck in our brokerage right now isn't sales

Funny enough, the sales side of the business is moving fine. New clients are coming in, conversations are happening, and that part of the process feels healthy. What's slowing us down most is everything that happens after the sale. The amount of admin tied to each client adds up fast - documents going back and forth, policy updates, signatures, client requests, renewal prep, and making sure everything is complete and stored correctly. None of it feels huge on its own, but when it's happening across dozens or hundreds of clients, it starts taking up a surprising amount of time. It's made me realize that in insurance, the real bottleneck often isn't getting business, it's managing everything around it efficiently. I'm curious if other brokerages feel the same way, and what part of the workflow takes up the most time for them.

After longer antibiotic use i was advised to supplement vitamin k2. May I ask for some recommendations, which one is the best one? There are many products. Is there a reason to take vitamin K2 specifically, or is getting enough vitamin K from food usually enough? Should I take it with vitamin D3 or K2 is enough in this case? I see there are MK-7 or MK-4 what is the difference? Tyvm
