What happens if I don’t appeal?

I got this and I’m curious to know what happens if I don’t appeal within the 30 day period
Do I get the restriction lifted or am I stuck with it or what happens?

When I press update it just says getting ready for a little bit and then it goes back to the update button and when I press that again it just does the cycle again and doesn’t let me update my game
