So I bought a code on ebay for the illidan genji skin, the code didn't end up working and called truist to file a claim. Its been over 9 days and I get a response saying since it due to a merchant dispute I cant get provisional credit and "there are certain charge back rights under the card network that may permit them for getting good the funds" but will try anyway. They said it may take up to 120 days to know the results. Has anyone had similar experiences with this and does anyone have any advice to help?
