Is this tank too small and overstocked for my opaline gourami?

This is a 20 gallon bow front tank. It has an ac20 with purigen and a small sponge filter. Also running c02 and a small power head to add a light current for the white clouds and panda garra. I keep the tank around 78-80 degrees. The ph is around 6.3, ammonia nitrites nitrates always zero.

I have:
10 white clouds
6 otos
5 kuhli loaches
Some shrimp and pest snails
A queen arabesque L260 pleco
A panda garra
Two small German rams

This tank has been very low maintenance so far, and the only sickness or problems I’ve had is with German blue rams from bad stock. I plan to get larger tanks when I move to a bigger space, but that won’t be for about another year. Is this tank ok/humane for my gourami for that time period? Thanks
