Help in packaging 3d printes ?

So i started my operations about 3 months ago now and I had some problems regarding packaging my products, any tips from experienced people helps :-

Packaging - I initially started making/selling my own designs but some customers started asking if I can do custom works or print models they provide. I started accepting these (have become almost half of my orders) but the problem is the wide range of custom orders Im getting from small to big, the same box sizes I use don't suffice and I don't think stocking 20 different box sizes would work.... Any tips for size varying Packaging options ?

Thanks in advance for any info 🫡

(Im a uni student doing this on the side, so this is my first time having/operating an actual business set up 😅)

Help in setting up a 3d printing business ?

So i started my operations about 3 months ago now and these are some problems I have faced, any tips from experienced people helps :-

  1. Marketing - i do reels and stuff on insta only for now and am getting decent audience growth there, averaging 3~4k views a month and got few orders from there too, but what more can I do to branch out ?

  3. Delivery - Final thing, what delivery methods to use for local services, im only selling locally in Hyderabad for now and have been getting by with in person meet ups (cuz my order are mostly close by for now) or using Uber package for high priority orders. But that gets expensive real quick. I see recommendation for Shiprocket app, is that a good/trusted service or any alternatives ?

Thanks in advance for any info 🫡
