cpu-9800x3d

motherboard-x870e aorus elite

ram-64g 6000mhz cl30 hynix a die

im not trying to oc anything currently well i just want to make sure nothing is getting deep fried or is lower then what the optimal for stability

both of my vddg were 0.900 which from my understanding is lower then min 0.950

xhci hand off

cpu-9800x3d

motherboard-x870e aorus elite rev 1.2

ram-6000mhz cl30 64g

gpu-5080

os-win 11 pro

well my mouse and controller were feeling floaty and sluggish even tho i was getting good stable fps and performance was good

so i went into bios to look for usb setting that might have an effect and "xhci hand off" is enabled by default on my board and from what i understand its meant for oses without native xhci driver support so usb 3.0 becomes usb 2.0

ever since disabling this all my usb ports work as normal(they also did on enbaled) and i have no errors in device manger i noticed my inputs being more consistent and smoother note that in most x870 boards i have looked xhci hand off is disabled by default idk why gigabyte enabled it

however i am not sure its the right setting so that why i am asking if this is supposed to really be disabled or enabled for windows 11 i looked in the manual and it doesnt state it clearly

i cant add a pic but the description is "this is a workaround for oses without xhci hand off support.(dot)the xhci ownership change should be claimed by xhci driver.(dot)"

i think that the dots between each phrase "act" as "enabled".(dot) "disabled".(dot) so thats why disabled works better?

any help would be nice thx
