From a Toyota RAV4 into this beast! The wife is ecstatic! Now we have our first BMW in the family. To top it off it’s going to be a beautiful sight to see these two parked next to each other every morning.

Looking for advice on whether getting a lease deal for either '26 M3 competition xdrive or 26' AMG GLC 43 coupe for $800-900 sounds reasonable? I am tier 1 and would ideally like 36 months/10K miles with zero down.
I am a HENRY, and would likely lease-to-own the M3, but I want to keep my payments down right now. I would likely just lease the GLC 43 then trade in for something else given i will have more cash on hand after 3 years. I am in Massachusetts now, but moving to Florida in 2 months and trying to decide where to buy. Either way, my company is covering all moving costs; therefore, I am not worried about transportation to Florida.
Appreciate any advice.
