Hi guys! I am currently graduating highschool and I want to do my PhD from an IIT/IISc(after my undergrad and postgrad ofc). However, I have no clue about the process to land a PhD at these universities.

The last time it showed 29th June and now it is showing 4th August for many consulates. No appointments throughout july?

I have been trying for the past few days. Sometimes when I get the date for OFC the option to "submit" doesnt come. Whenever I get the OFC, the page just keeps loading and by that time all the consular slots are gone. How am I always the slowest one
