I see so many one way signs with a t and a k sticker to make them say tonek way but who or what is tonek? is it a reference I don’t get? is it just some random bs? does anyone have an answer?

my diet consists mainly of train tracks and blacksmiths anvils but for some reason I’m still anemic? any ideas why?
