I need help making a decision before I regret it, I’m a current CL at a store, I recently got my manager fired bc she would never do her job properly and her of lack management with the team, even though I know the job is not going to be forever in my life I like taking the things serious, I also switched stores when everything was happening but they moved me back to my old store, I found out that they fired four more people besides the manager because of something that happened between them during Christmas time. Now that we have a new manager, I’ve come to the decision where I want to quit bc the new co-manager also tends to intimidate me because I use my phone or because I move to the computer to check labor percentage. My new manager has also told me many times that he’s going to make me a co-manager but still lacks of confidence to speak with the supervisor. I’m trying to take the sad decision of leaving the store and work somewhere else because I also find ridiculous that this manager also wants me to take responsibility of his job and gets mad at me for anything that my crew member have done wrong. I have to constantly deal with tantrums that 17yr old makes because they don’t want to be cashier. Should I quit or take this to corporate again?.
