So I lost one of my key fobs at work the other day. I called numerous locksmiths in the area it seems like they broker out a locksmith to come to you ? One guy called me back and I asked him how much and he said he needs to look at the truck and he will let me know. He shows up and proceeds to tell me $350 because he needs to get a new code $150 and then $200 for the fob. ( not OEM ) I tell him I’ve never heard of buying a new code. I already have a working key fob that has all the information. I told him no way, bro he got mad. Is there any real? Locally owned locksmiths in the area that will do an honest job.??
